I've been paying the company since 2021 and was told and even signed a document stating my last payment would be oct 2024. I just paid it early so I can be done with them. And let me tell you THIS IS A SCAM. I asked how long after I make the final payment will my student loans be cleared and this women had the audacity to say I have to pay for ANOTHER 40 months! I asked to speak with a manager and was told I could get a call back. NO ma'am that isn't going to work for me you've been stealing my money for months I'll speak to a manager now. I'm currently on hold for 30 minutes now waiting on a manager.

This is an edit to my original review I spoke with Alexis and it seems that the problem is fixed she was very easy to talk to and explained things making them a little clearer. I still feel as though I was mislead In the beginning and she assures me they are helping so I'm going to give it more time and see how things conclude.

These people told me that my student loan would be wiped off my credit report after 4 years if I paid $249 for 4 months then $50 a month after that until November of 2026 this all started in 2021. Had I never paid them a dime, my student loan was still gonna be forgiven. The US Department of Education didn’t even know I was making payments to Verified Docu Service. I’m now working on getting my money refunded. This is a bunch of bull that I got trapped into. I didn’t call them they called me. It was a huge waste of time and money. I originally spoke to a woman named Sofia Miller. I just recently stopped payments bc I received a letter from US Department of Education stating that the student loan was forgiven. I want my money refunded. Be aware that this is a SCAM, if they call you don’t fall for it. I’m turning them in also. I’m not the only person that this has happened to. BEWARE! They don’t communicate with the Department of Education they had no idea I was even making payments. So I noticed on my credit report that what I owed hadn’t dropped at all. I’m really mad, upset and feel used by this so called company. They may help some people but they didn’t help me they costed me money I don’t have. I’m on disability for health issues. This loan was originally for my son to go to school at ITT Tech. A school that hasn’t been around in years. The school had gotten in trouble and shut down. So to be honest I don’t think I should’ve had to pay anything since my son didn’t attend school there but for 2 months. I was on disability at the time too and still am, but they had to go by my taxes after he graduated high school. I was just a co-signer on disability and I ended up getting screwed all over the place. All I wanted was it off my credit report. I’ll update later if I get refunded.JUST BEWARE I WOULD HATE FOR SOMEONE ELSE WHOS LOW INCOME TO DEAL WITH THIS DRAMA. LIKE I SAID THEY CALLED ME! I never called them.

06/03/24 I wrote a review based off the misunderstanding i had with a representative. I will not say the name because untill that point everything was will. Alexis contacted me to get a better understanding of why i wrote the review. She was very understanding and patient. I was very upset. She answered all my question and even gave my money back. Alexis even offered to help me in the future whenever im ready.

Please BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!

I was contacted saying they will help me fill out all the forms to start the process to get my student loan cancelled in a couple of years. That's NOT TRUE!

According to EdFinancial, you never have to pay for help with your federal student aid. So, make sure you work only with the U.S. Department of Education and their loan servicers and never reveal your personal information or account password to anyone.

Mr. Gomez was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process and i look forward to working with him in the future! He was patient yet inpatient, saying it is now or never to sign contract and make this review.
