Drake Heath came out on a cold Saturday to repair an off- track and badly warped garage door. He offered me many levels of repair, providing the tailored fit for me. I appreciate Door Serve Pro for sending a truly professional and hardworking young man to repair my door at the last minute before the holidays. I will call Door Serve Pro for future repairs.

Our experience with our sales representative, Derrick, was a very pleasant one.

We contacted DOOR SERV PRO for 2 new garage doors and upgraded motor system called "Jackshaft" which is simply a wall mounted unit versus your traditional ceiling trolley system with chain our belt puking from the top of the door.

The actual doors will be seamless from the outside and 3-layered for insulation and rigidity.

I will add or create s new reviewonce the doors actually get installed and add images.

So far, our experience was fenomenal. Reach out and ask for Derrick. The right person can make a difference in your garage door needs. Derrick is that gentleman.

====== INSTALLATION =======

I'm updating my post. Installation day arrived and with it, our technician, Steven.

Steven greeted us and took a quick look at what he had to work with. To remove any doubts, I asked him to use all new hardware, since the house was built in 1970.

Steven was clearly knowledgeable, that experience coming from 8+ years in the business.

I did my part by providing a danger and obstacle-free environment for Steven to stage and work from.

As Steven began removal of the old system, he asked if the old door were to be treated like trash or if I wanted to keep them. Steven commented that they looked extremely new.

I did keep them to later sell.

Steven completed the job and cleaned up. During Steven's check list, he discovered that one of the wall mounted units was not closing. Steven made a quick call and Nathan appeared with a replacement unit that worked flawlessly.

Steven showed me how to load the phone application for both garage doors as well as programming the outdoor keypad.

I didn't realize that the doors have a Qr code that pulls up the order with my name and the door's serial number, as well as maintenance recommendations.

I can finalize this review with a complete observation of DOOR SERVE PRO, their customer service, the work quality, and the fair price.

I contacted Adam, and within two days, both Adam and Derrick came to inspect the garage and promptly took care of the issues. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to ensure everything was perfect was truly impressive.

Final Thoughts: My new garage door looks amazing and has already made a noticeable difference in the comfort and energy efficiency of my garage. Working with this talented, dedicated team was an absolute pleasure. I’ll be referring Door Serv Pro to my network for all their garage door needs.

I just had a complete replacement of my garage door and opener. It was a seamless process from start to finish. Brandon and Kobe were amazing. First they called to see if they could come earlier than our appointment time and then completed the install quickly.
