This Auto-Serve is quite literally the best auto repair shop around. Not just in the area --- but anywhere!! I am glad I finally found them. In every visit: honest, clear in explanations, reasonable in pricing --- and very knowledgeable in how to problem-solve, but also address the issue. Will not ever take my cars anywhere else. randy

This place is a perfect example of why people don’t trust auto mechanics. I went in there for brake service for uneven wear on my brakes, they told me I needed new rotors, new brakes, new brake calipers. The total they gave me was $834 & wouldn’t be ready until 4 days later. I couldn’t wait that long , so I went to an honest mechanic. The actual problem with my brakes was the sliding pin on my brakes was seized, quick cheap fix that only cost $60. I promise you won’t regret what I’m about to tell you, if they quote you on something, please go to a trusted , honest mechanic & you’ll save hundreds if not thousands.

Robert is the owner operator. He is the best mechanic I have ever used! Robert is prompt and is very fair with costs. He will tell you what needs to be done and what it will cost before he begins.
You won’t find a better place to repair your car!

I had service performed on 6/28/2019 to replace the door lock actuators on my 2013 Toyota 4Runner (driver and passenger front doors). I paid for Toyota OEM parts. I know it was 4 years ago and that door actuators are a known recurring issue for 4Runners and the Camry. I did the work myself today to replace it again....the part I pulled out was a Chinese knock-off, and not a genuine Toyota part....be cautious.

One of the best, most honest auto repair shops around. Robert, the mechanic is straight forward, honest, and will let you get every mile from every part without leaving you in a lurch. I have been taking cars here for over a decade and I trust them to do whatever they think is required.

Simply, the BEST!!
I have been using Robert for years with multiple cars. His honestly is beyond question. Recently we moved an hour and a half away so I tried to find another mechanic. I asked neighbors, google reviews and tried a few out. They were fine to change the oil but when the job required knowledge and experience, things went poorly. The good news is that I know where Robert is, the bad news is that now I will drive 1.5 hours whenever my cars need work.

Robert is an honest competent mechanic. If he can’t fix your problem he will refer you. If the repair you think is needed is more than you REALLY need he will tell you. My family has been using Robert for over 10 years. NEVER had a bad experience!
