Called the after hours number late evening the Thursday before Christmas and my old furnace had given up. The next day I had a thorough and professional inspection and several estimates to choose from. By the time my family started showing up for the holidays, I had a new furnace and A/C unit installed by evening the following Monday in time for Christmas. The final bill was a little less than the estimate. I dealt with practically the entire team and all were friendly, professional, and detailed. It’s never a great time to have to replace your heating and cooling, but the crew at Aire Serv of Terre Haute went above and beyond for me every step of the way.

Everyone here is so friendly, they actually will talk to you and explain everything. Not gonna lie I had 5 companies come out and give me quotes on a new ac and furnace their price was very competitive to all the others and on top of that out of all those companies Aire serv was the only one who mentioned my gas line not being up to code and even updated it when installing my new unite. I would recommend this company to literally anyone and everyone. I plan to keep using them for know on. Thank you Aire serv.

Had the water pump for my water boiler go out during really cold weather. It heats my house via hydronic heating, and it went out when it was less than 5 degrees out. These guys were able to do a rush and were able to get out same day by mid to late afternoon and got the pump replaced.

The tech, Herbert Calahan was very helpful and got it replaced and working again in good time.

The scheduler who I spoke to over the phone was kind and professional and was able to get me scheduled quick and was able to route me to a tech who was able to answer my initial questions before Herbert came out. Would highly reccomend.
