Scott (our tech) arrived right on time. He was most polite and went immediately to work tuning up our furnace for winter. There prices are always competitive with or below their competition.
I would most definitely recommend them and have been using them myself for many years and plan to for many more years.

Aire Serv did an awesome job with my new water heater.

I woke on a Wednesday morning to my water heater spraying mist and leaking. After some research, I contacted Aire Serv by phone for an estimate on fixing it. Matt from Aire Serv was here by the early afternoon to check things out.

Matt looked up the unit by serial number and found that it was most likely installed around 1999, so that puppy had been pumping for over two decades! Definitely time to replace it.

He walked me through my options on replacing it - electric, gas, or tankless. Tankless and electric were not really very feasible in my house as the utility room did not have an exterior wall for tankless or the proper circuitry for electric, so in the end I went with gas.

The price was super reasonable and I was ready to get on the schedule. Matt said installers could probably here as soon as Friday. He sent me the formal estimate a few hours later over email and I accepted. I was contacted by phone early Thursday confirming my appointment window on Friday.

The install team, Clinton and one other gentleman (apologies I can't recall his name), arrived right on time on Friday and did a perfect job. They called when they were on their way and were here a few hours while I worked from home upstairs. They were super friendly and polite, and provided me updates on how things were going. The finished job looks and performs awesome. I have been enjoying tons of nice hot water leak-free since.

Joey did an awesome job. I was so impressed that he had all the parts to repair our air conditioner on his service truck! When it is 90 plus outside that means alot! He knew within 5 min what the problem was and had us up and going in less than an hr.... These guys rock!
