Our A/C wasn’t working so I called AirServ to help. They were there within 2 hours and diagnosed my failure to responsibly change the air filter. Travis did a great job getting the unit thawed out, testing all the levels to make sure it was in fact working well and getting our house cooled back down. Nathan is the GM and he made sure everything went smooth. Very thankful for AirServ and will recommend

job. Fixed my problem and went above and beyond. Ran the sweeper for me to clean behind my dryer as I use a cane a do t get around like I used to. I will ask for him by name in the future.

Buyer please do your homework before going with this company. We purchased a new air conditioning unit five years ago. The unit has never worked properly. This company has given us excuse after excuse as to why this unit can't be fixed. I'm over it. We are sitting in a hot house 5 of 7 days. This is ridiculous. Don't waste your money or time with Airserve!

Our Family can't express enough how great Aire Serv was. Zach was real knowledgeable about their products as well as knowing any all questions about what could be going wrong with our old system. His professionalism and character was not you typical sales person. He listen and cared before we made the decision to install a new system. The install guys Steve and Don were professional and pleasant the whole time. Glad we went with Aire Serv. Our system is working wonderfully and we are enjoying our cozy home.

We had this company come to do a diagnostic check as our heating system was not working as efficiently as it should have been. They told us that our system was leaking freon and our pressures were crazy low and we needed 2lbs of refrigerant plus recommended dye and sealer to fix it. The quote they gave us was outrageously high, so we got a second opinion from another reputable
company our friends and family have been using for years. They gave us the same diagnosis of a freon leak, but they were able to easily find the leak (without dye) and filled our freon at 1/3 of the price that Aire Serv quoted us (even including the second service call fee!). The pressures were not anywhere near as low as Aire Serv told us, and our system only needed a top off of 1/2lb of freon. Not to mention the fact that Aire Serv put an advertising sticker on our home without or knowledge or consent. I would not recommend.

My AC recently broke on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Aire Serve and they sent someone out to my house within 2 hours to make the repair. Jeremy was the technician sent to help and he went out of his way to help. The replacement part was out of stock, but he tracked one down in California and made
Sure they overnighted it so I would have it fixed right away. I am cool again thanks to the great service.
