Professional HVAC company from start to finish! Brittany got us booked quickly and then Dustin helped us with the fix on our Air Conditioning Unit. We were so impressed that we bought their Aire Serv twice yearly service plan to keep things running smoothly.

It was wonderful to deal with this company, from the scheduler to the technician to the person who took my payment. Everyone was courteous, efficient and professional. Plus they got someone to my house within 48 hrs when other companies were telling me it would be 2 weeks. AND the service was reasonably priced. Thank you Aire Serv, you're awesome. Wish there were more companies out there like you.

When I write my reviews I do my best to be as honest as possible. At times my brutal honesty makes some business owners upset. Not this time, from the ladies that answers the phones to the HVAC Technician Derrick I can’t say enough about their work ethics. They have to be one of the most honest people I’ve ever done business with. Between my wife and myself we have over 70 years of customer service experience, therefore we know how a customer should be treated. They have customer service down to an perfection, don’t let me leave out the professionalism and work ethics of our technician. For over three hours Derrick worked in our attic which had to be well in the hundred degree plus temperature, never once complaining. Each time he came down those steps, he had a smile on his face and was happy to have us as a customer. I could go on and on bragging about this company, however I don’t want it going to their heads! Lol.
If you read my other reviews you will see that I don’t usually rate a company this high unless they deserve it.
A huge thank you to Carl and the entire staff for getting our home cool again. Between mine and my wife ages we can’t handle the 90 degree temperatures inside our home, neither can our two little doggies. I can’t say thank you enough.

Based on reviews I found online, I scheduled a preventative maintenance appointment. Brittany was very friendly on the phone and was able to schedule us for the next week . Alonzo arrived right on time and was very thorough with his inspection of our AC unit. He explained everything we needed to know and gave us some tips. Highly recommend!

When our A/C unit went on the fritz, Carl and Cricket arrived on a late Friday night. Carl is a class A mechanic and Cricket made us feel that everything will be OK. As it turned out, we needed a new unit. They gave us options and reasonable prices. The new unit we chose was delivered and installed right on schedule and they did a superb installation. Can't say enough about how happy we are with their service. Thank you Carl and Cricket

After dealing with a nightmare (a different local company) it was SO refteshing to deal with James and the entire Aireserv staff! They were responsive, informative, professional AND they showed up ON time!!! I've already reccomended them to family members who are looking to have their ducts cleaned and will continue to reccomend them to anyone else looking for HVAC services! Thank y'all so much! We had a crawl space dehumidifier installed and are very pleased! James came out first to look at the issue and we all determined that our crawl space was so humid - and found out it was 95% humidity. They did the install very timely, professionally, quickly, and the quality was A+. Since we had it installed yesterday, the humidity today is alot lower 75% and dropping. Thanks, James and Dustin! We will contact you in the future for any of our AC/Heating needs! Darryl and Teresa Lewallen
