I had to pick-up and drop-off the truck using the cell phone, I had to follow the steps online which took much longer then I expected since the office was closed but the experience was smooth. It will be better if this is mentioned during the booking process that cell phone pick up is only available. Truck also had alot if shake at speeds over 50kph.

How to rate the customer service when there is actually no service (no staff at the office)? Booked a Uhaul truck and no one was there so my bf wasn't able to pick up the keys. After 40 minutes and some help from the Uhaul online customer service, my bf finally got a code to pick up the keys in a box outside. I was waiting in my apartment and blocked the elevators for a certain amount of time so I was really stressed and he was angry about this situation. Moving out is already stressfull but this is annoying when something like this happens right off the bat.
Wrote to Uhaul, I hope they can do something for me.
If you can avoid renting a truck at this location, please do so!

I rented a uhual truck from this business. Showed up, after having already scheduled it online, and they decided that day they would leave early for the day. I had to spend an hour figuring out where they were only to have to be routed to a new uhual location 25km away. I wasted money on movers, my scheduled elevator at my building and they haven’t even called me back. This is so unprofessional.

This is our preferred rental location, as we have found the service to be friendly and helpful. It can be hard to get hold of someone by phone. It's best to call between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. All our experiences here have been very positive.
