Garth Trails Clubhouse

The Garth Trails community (Condominium Boards 375, 408, 439 and Shared Facilities Committee) engaged Serv-A-Lawn in May 2023 as our landscape and snow clearance contractor. We have been exceptionally pleased with the service provided, particularly during the summer months.

They are very responsive when staff and Property Managers reach out with issues. Feedback from our owners has been overwhelmingly positive and we are overall extremely happy with their performance.

(We refute the feedback provided from ‘Thomas Porter’ which does not reflect that of the Garth Trails community. Our records do not show a resident with that name living at Garth Trails).

Was driving on the linc earlier today trying to merge on the 403 when there employees in a company vehicle proceeded to speed up nearly running me and my toddler off the road and again when i did merge they proceeded to come into my lane nearly running into the side of my vehicle having to go on to the shoulder to avoid being hit and as they exited off downtown Hamilton the driver was giving me the finger i get it maybe there tired snow removal can be a tiring job but thats no excuse to try to run a person and there child off the road cause your in a hurry, seriously considering filing a police report cause thats just insane

Servalawn began servicing Garth Trails community a couple seasons ago. The service compared with our previous contractor is deplorable. Poor attention to detail, lack of professionalism and extremely slow service. Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible service and professionalism from the manager Connor. He is a nightmare to deal with and I highly recommend no one to use their services. These guys did the maintenance at my townhouse in late February to remove snow. They damaged my garage in the process. No big deal, I’m patient and understanding, just wanted them to come back and fix my garage that they damaged. I have been waiting 3 months for these guys to come back and fix it. Anytime I call or text for an update, I don’t receive any response or i get told “we will come fix it on a rainy day” or ill get some serious attitude. I called today for an update and connor was getting agitated, started using profanity and hung up the phone. If you like horrendous service and enjoy being disrespected, then this is the place for you 1000%.
