I called ahead to have a few filters set aside for me . When I went into the store , I met Adam. He got the 2 filters for me. As he rang them up , we started talking about the furnace itself, I ended up making an appointment for them to come to the house for a service call . I need them to check everything over and replace whatever is needed, with all the right parts…I had great customers service…. And I was lucky enough to meet the owners, right there in the store … great day!
I look forward to having them in my home..

The technicians who installed our system were courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. The installation when smoothly and their respect for our home was obvious. We had a new American Standard heat pump system installed. We've had heat pumps for 35 years but never one that ran so quietly! We chose this system for its expected reliability and overall customer satisfaction, so we are expecting many years of trouble free comfort.

Arrived on time, very courteous and conscious about my home and made sure their walkways were covered and protected. They wore disposable covers over their shoes and did a great job cleaning our duct work. Would absolutely ask for Aiden and Cory again.

I was with Simon Heating and cooling before that and they were sold to Aire Serv of Rochester, whom, I have stayed with and they’ve done a very reliable and remarkable job with my heating and cooling needs! Faraz has serviced both my heating and cooling for years and I’m thankful for him and the Aire Serv team for all that they do! So my encounter with them was one of getting real information and honesty! I contacted them and had some questions which they honestly answered knowing I wouldn't be able to buy from them (geographic location reasons). They were knowledgeable, forthcoming and very nice.
