All these review now make sense to me. The people works here are devil and not even human, they can understand human speaks but don't have capability to have human emotions. This was the service that people of Trails at San Dimas relying on for debt. I just left a review for Trails and of course i will leave one here. Long story short, my husband and I owe Trails at San Dimas overdue money that supposedly we paid with money order from Albertson, and drop at their door in 2022, with only single letter to remind us we pay our due. They go no contact for 2 years because according to picture, they "give up" on getting payment from us, then relying on this company to remind us we owe money. Btw, Fidelity worker said they received it just "this month" quote them, and the amount we owe went from $467.70 to $540.10, it would have gone up even more if I did not insist that no, I just receive this letter last week. I just paid this debt and hope I never have to speak or heard call or mail from you nor Trails at San Dimas again in this life. And quote "This won't be on your credit score if you paid us now and we let Trails at San Dimas know" from the worker i speak to, so you better keep your word, I have bank statement and your letter to make sure of that.

Extremely rude employees. They don’t return voicemails. Maybe too busy outside waxing those Bentleys.

I would give zero stars! they lie and put this debt that is not mine on my credit file. i have gone out of my way to try and work it out with them. They tried to use my social media against me and responded so unprofessionally by saying that I am a credit expert. I am suing them! Starting the process now!

The only debt collector that would prefer zero payment over a settled payment. Representative I spoke to on the phone was condescending and putting words in my mouth that I never said. Very awkward and negative experience.

Luis brown is absolutely unprofessional when I told him I had taken care of of a debt I had already fixed he would refused to believe me when I showed him court documents that it had been resolved he started to ignore my calls. I had to contact their client for them and they had to contact Alice, someone else that works there. To take it off of my reports. I still yet to hear anything back from this dude. I can see why this place is rated so low. 0 professionalism in this company.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Call whoever you owe and speak directly to them and refuse to pay fidelity! These people are a joke and as unprofessional as they get ! They like to repeatedly tell you that your on a recorded line which is BULL because when I called to give them a new CC for my final two payments they tried to tell me there is no record of me ever calling! They charged the wrong card twice and tried to tell me I never called to change the card! I have records in my phone of the day / time and length of the call . They don’t give a damn about you and they let It show full force no shame. In the process it took for me to get ahold of someone about this issue I was hung up on multiple times and transferred to the same person 3 times after specifically stating that I’m calling to speak to a supervisor because I CANNOT REACH my “account manager” DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THEM OR CALL THEM BACK THEY ARE SHADY AND WILL DELETE YOUR PHONE CALLS FROM THEIR RECORDS AND JUStT SAY SORRY WE HAVE NO RECORD OF THAT. Below is record of my phone call that has been somehow wiped clear of their data bases. Stear clear of Sara, Luis, Ariam and anyone else you may encounter

The Reviews on these folks are just as people said. I originally signed an agreement to help collect on a judgement with the Metropolitan Adjustment Bureau back on Jan. 28th 2005. They did nothing and then asked I help them apply for another application with the court in 2009. They explained to me that they have located the individual and that they will be able to garnish the wages. Note I have been promised this many times througout this whole process. Then on 12/17/2014 Fidelity Creditor Service was assigned the judgement due to the fact that Metropolitan Adjustment Bureau went out of business and was absorbed by Fidelity Creditor Service. I, the customer, was never notified at all. In fact they have said that I signed paperwork verifying that I was ok with this. I have requested to see the paperwork showing my approval. In December of 2017 I went to the court to find out what happened with this judgement to find out about all this mess. I got a hold of Alex, he explained to me that they have located the defendant and was in the process of finishing up the writo of execution. He explained to me to be patient for 3 months. Today has been over 3 months and nothing still has been done. Today I spoke to Daniel Palmer and explained the same thing Alex said but once again I told him I would like to get out of the agreement because it was originally signed with Metropolitan Adjustment Bureau. Moreover, I have requested to see what they have accomplished since our last phone call.

If I could leave a zero I would. Very unprofessional and when asked to speak with a manager the representative laughed and stated “if you think that’s going to help then ok” We got transferred to a manager and when I explained the situation with the previous representative he did not acknowledge the situation in fact he acted as if I did not just tell him about the representative.
